		The faery companion called Boon protects us from suffering bad dreams. In Norwegian Folklore, this guardian spirit, called the fylgjy, is a creature who comes in dreams to give advice. These protective spirits stay with a man or woman from birth to the end of their lives, and then pass on within the family to the next generation of children.
